2. Identification of the data controller.
LETMEPARK, S.L. is responsible for processing your personal data for the purpose of providing the services identified in this privacy policy, which the client can acquire through the Website, authorized voice assistants, and/or the mobile application ('App') (collectively, the 'Channels').

At LETMEPARK, we are committed to the fundamental right to protect your personal data, and this privacy policy aims to inform you about your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation ('GDPR').
3. What information will we collect from you?
You should know that there are different ways to collect personal data:
a) The data you provide to us directly.
We collect information about you when you contact us through the channels provided for this purpose, such as the contact form, or when you submit your resume to work with us.
When you contact us through these channels, we will ask for your explicit consent to collect your email, your first and last names, your country of residence, date of birth, gender, VAT number, and other data about your professional profile and academic background if you are applying to work with us.
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the forms provided in the channels must be completed. Failure to do so may result in the inability to provide the requested services. You must provide truthful information, and identity theft or the use of aliases or anonymous names is prohibited.
You will not be allowed to use any offensive language or expressions, or names, trademarks, trade names, or pseudonyms of public figures or celebrities for which you are not authorized when providing data through the channels.
It is essential that you protect your reference data, passwords, and access codes at all times. You will be solely responsible for any use of your personal account, and in this regard, you agree to use this information diligently, not to make it available to third parties, and to inform us immediately in case of loss or theft.
To ensure that the information provided is always up-to-date and error-free, you must notify LETMEPARK of any changes to your personal data as soon as possible.
Additionally, by clicking on the 'I Agree' button (or equivalent) in the aforementioned forms, you declare that the information and data you have provided are accurate and truthful.
b) Data obtained indirectly
When you browse, various cookies and other tracking devices may be installed on your device, as explained in our cookie policy.
4. What is the origin of your data?
We consider that all the data processed by LETMEPARK has been freely provided by you.
LETMEPARK may collect data related to parking management, such as license plate number, to authorize entry into the parking lot, entry, exit, duration of stay, price, etc., related to your parking space reservations and purchases, as well as data related to parking search requests, such as location when the request was made, vehicle movement data to indicate nearby service areas, or time to the destination, among others, device or user ID, etc., to improve the driver experience through voice assistants and for internal analytics purposes to understand and improve the service.
Furthermore, in the case of a car connected to the internet, whether through devices connected to the vehicle's OBD (On Board Diagnostics) port or through third-party software, LETMEPARK may continuously collect the vehicle's geolocation, with the owner's consent, in order to provide certain services. The user is informed that they can deactivate geolocation at any time through their vehicle settings.
If the personal data provided belongs to a third party, you guarantee that you have informed them of this Privacy Policy and obtained their consent to provide the data to LETMEPARK for the purposes outlined above. You also guarantee that the data provided is accurate and up-to-date and take responsibility for any direct or indirect damage or harm that may result from failing to fulfill this obligation.
In the case of a connected car and if the vehicle is used by people other than the owner who gave consent, the owner must inform the users that geolocation is taking place and the purposes for it.
5. How do we use your personal information? What services do we provide to you?
LETMEPARK acts as the data controller for personal data for the following purposes and according to the following legal bases:
● Based on the management of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship:
- a) Manage the acquisition of services marketed on our Website and Channels and their corresponding payment, handle any issues or requests arising from it, and carry out any management related to delivery or after-sales service.
- Manage your registration as a user on our website and Channels, as well as grant you access to the reserved area.
- c) Geolocate the mobile device to indicate the nearest parking lots to your location, as long as the user has enabled this location service and given the necessary permissions for the app to access it.
- d) Provide the services you have requested and respond to your information requests, as well as facilitate the exercise of your rights.
- e) Evaluate the resumes received and manage the selection processes.
- f) Data related to the vehicle's movement
● Based on a legal obligation:
- a) Comply with the obligations to which LETMEPARK is subject.
● Based on LETMEPARK's legitimate interest:
- a) Send you promotions and discounts for future reservations/purchases.
- b) Keep you informed about LETMEPARK's products and services, as well as send you news, notify you about events, and other activities we carry out at LETMEPARK, by conventional and/or electronic means (emails, SMS, etc.), related to the products or services we market and that may be of interest to you.
- c) Carry out periodic reviews of our services and conduct satisfaction surveys to assess and improve the quality of the service we provide.
- d) Conduct internal reviews and, if necessary, contact the customer if any fraud or identity theft suspicions are detected or reasonably suspected.
- e) Perform internal analytics for knowledge and improvement of services.
However, if you do not wish for your data to be processed for these purposes, you may object at any time by contacting us via lopd@letmepark.app as indicated in the Rights Management section of this Privacy Policy.
● Based on the consent given by the user:
- a) In the case of a connected car, be able to geolocate the user's vehicle to provide the automatic parking service when strictly necessary for such service.
- b) Proceed to create user accounts in the different parking lots of their choice to automate access to the parking service. For this, the user should provide the necessary data to create these accounts, assigning them an email and payment method by LMP to manage the consolidated billing.
6. Data transfer and international transfers.
All personal data transfers we make are necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, or are made to comply with a legal obligation:
- a) To public administrations and the judiciary, and to law enforcement bodies, in compliance with the legal obligations that apply to us.
- b) Payment service providers (banks, payment gateways, etc.), in case the customer makes a payment through the service offered by one of these companies.
- c) Companies providing IT services, tools, or infrastructure supporting the services provided by LETMEPARK, such as hosting providers, CRMs, email service providers, etc.
- d) Companies providing parking services for the reservation of the selected parking spot.
In this regard, we inform you that any transfer that occurs will be made with all necessary legal safeguards. We also ensure that we sign specific contracts with all our service providers as required by the regulations.
Similarly, LETMEPARK guarantees that in cases where providers are located in countries outside the European Union or other countries not considered adequate under data protection regulations, necessary precautions are taken to ensure that the data can be securely transferred, either because the provider offers adequate guarantees, such as the signing of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or because one of the exceptions provided in the regulations applies.
7. Exercise of your rights.
We inform you that you can exercise the following rights:
- Right of access to your personal data to know which are being processed and the processing operations carried out on them.
- Right to rectify any inaccurate personal data.
- Right to erase your personal data, when possible.
- Right to request the limitation of the processing of your personal data when the accuracy, legality, or necessity of data processing is doubtful, in which case, we may retain the data for the exercise or defense of claims.
- Right to object to the processing of your personal data when the legal basis that justifies the processing, as stated in section 4 above, is legitimate interest.
- Right to data portability, when the legal basis that justifies the processing of your data, as stated in section 4 above, is the existence of a contractual relationship or your consent.

- Additionally, when you receive any communication from us, by clicking on the unsubscribe section contained in that communication, you will be able to unsubscribe from all previously accepted commercial communications.
We also inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe we have committed a violation of data protection legislation regarding the processing of your personal data.
Additionally, we inform you that you can register with the Robinson List at www.listarobinson.es: the advertising exclusion system managed by the Spanish Digital Economy Association (ADIGITAL), where you can register to express your opposition to the use of your data for sending commercial communications.
8. Retention periods and Cookies.
We will only retain your data for as long as necessary to provide you with these services. Any data you provide through the channels will be blocked once they are no longer necessary for managing the service and will only be available if there is a legal obligation (resulting from a request from the State Security Forces or from Courts and Tribunals), as well as when you exercise your rights. here

The services provided through the Media are only intended for individuals over 18 years of age, due to the nature of the services provided. In this regard, LETMEPARK will make efforts to control compliance with this age requirement, although full compliance cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
11. Update of the privacy policy.
We make our best efforts to keep our privacy policy fully updated on a monthly basis. If we make changes, they will be clearly identifiable in a clear and specific manner, as permitted in the relationship we have established with you (for example: we may communicate changes to you via email).
